Black Hunter is a hunting related knife. His primary use is for venison that has been already freed from bones and skin. My customers brief was all about thin blade, sharp aggressive edge, ease of sharpening and look. Golden Gidgee is a Sujihiki type cooking knife. It has a 300x50mm blade of sanmai construction with a UHC damascus core and two different softer damascus jacket. The 150mm handle is of ringed Gidgee graciously put to my disposition by curlytimbers.com.
